What a colossal way to end the week! What a phenomenal play from the Seniors and such beautiful singing from our fabulous Junior Choir.

Week in review
Form Five & Six Football Fixture

Mr Taiwo wanted to take a moment to express his utmost pride and admiration for our Form Five & Six football team, including Maxi and Charlie from Form Four, following last Wednesday’s football match against Hampden Gurney. In an absolutely pulsating football match, the game ended in a thrilling 2 - 2 draw. Penalties were used at the end to decide the result, which Hampden Gurney won 3 -2. It was a clash of titans with incredible displays of skill, intense competition, and relentless determination showcased by both sides. The spectators were treated to a nail-biting encounter that will be remembered for the ‘end to end’ action and sheer resilience displayed by the players. Our goals were scored by Oscar and a last minute equaliser from Luca. A special mention to Iqbal who was a colossus in goal and saved 2 penalties.

CHS Summer Production

What a memorable performance! The Juniors were utterly marvellous and showed great courage for their first on stage performance. The Seniors were utterly brilliant and their rendition of Peter Pan was tremendous! They all did a fabulous job. Thank you to all the CHS team and Parents for all the costumes, face painting and preparation for the play. Truly a remarkable highlight for this school year!

Virtual Coffee Morning, Head of City of London School for Boys

Mrs Hampton was delighted to welcome Head of City of London School for Boys, Mr Alan Bird on Thursday for an enjoyable chat with parents from Form Five and some from Form Four. Discussions included what sorts of boys City are looking for, for their school and use of technology. For those of you who are interested in further notes from the meeting will follow.
