Music is a core element of the curriculum at Connaught House School. Paramount in the provision of musical education at CHS is our desire to nurture a love of music across all age groups and without prejudice to ability. Most pupils at CHS have individual vocal or instrumental lessons both inside and outside school. Many children study multiple disciplines. The range of ability covers the elementary stages of learning through to ABRSM grade 6 and beyond. In addition to this structured programme of musical activities, the pupils are exposed to music as part of their everyday learning. It is the aim of CHS to involve music wherever possible across the curriculum and school life at large.
