What a busy busy week we have had.

Festive Talk

A big thank you to some parents in Junior One who came in to share their knowledge on the festive season with Junior One. The children truly enjoyed learning about the upcoming festive season as well as enjoying the doughnuts and treats that were brought along to share. The children were full of excitement.

Christmas Party

Our school's Christmas Tea Party was an absolute delight, focusing on the simple joys of good food, fun games, and festive tunes. Children and teachers alike enjoyed the lively atmosphere filled with laughter and camaraderie.

Carol Singing for the guests at Victory Services Club

Our senior choir embarked on a heartwarming mission to Victory Services Club on Thursday, spreading festive joy through a selection of songs meticulously curated by Dr. Ashworth. Adorned with bright smiles, the children sang with enthusiasm, creating a magical atmosphere that captivated the audience. The guests were impressed by the children’s performance. Santa also stopped by to hear the children sing and to give them presents too!

Food Donation

We extend our heartfelt gratitude for the abundance of generous food donations received over the past two days. Each contribution is sincerely appreciated and holds significant value in supporting our mission. Collaborating with The Marylebone Project, they will utilise all donations to make a meaningful impact on those facing challenges. Your commitment to philanthropy reflects the compassion within our community. Thank you for your support in making a positive difference in the lives of others.

Upcoming

Housekeeping

As we approach the conclusion of the term, there are several essential tasks that require attention. We kindly request parents to facilitate a smooth transition by providing their children with a large bag on Monday for the retrieval of park shoes, coats, and any spare clothing items. This aims to ensure that belongings are organised, cleaned, and replenished as we prepare for the upcoming term.

In light of the festive season, we would like to inform parents that on both Tuesday and Wednesday, there will be no need for children to bring their school bags. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain an efficient and organized end to the term.

Juniors Christmas Play and whole school Carol Concert

On Tuesday, our whole school concert and Junior Christmas play will commence punctually at 2:30 pm. We kindly ask parents to arrive no earlier than 2:20 pm to facilitate an organised start. For the recording of this event, a professional company will be present to document the production so please sit back and enjoy.

Last Day of Term

Wednesday 13 December marks the last day of the Autumn Term and the start of the winter holidays.
