Dear Parents

The final half term of the year got off to a flying start with a flurry of children ready at the door on Monday morning dressed in their full summer uniform.  Thank you to our parents who made this possible,  Please do encourage your children to wear their school blazer.  A gentle reminder that girls should be wearing white ankle socks with their summer dresses.

Parent Meetings

Thank you to all parents for booking their time slots with the teachers for next week.  You should have all now received your Google Meet links.

Readathon

Thank you to everyone that has donated to our Readathon JustGiving page –https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/connaught-house-school47 – we have already raised £130 as well as offline donations (which we will count at the end of the event). It is lovely to hear how excited the children are about the Readathon in school. We have lots of enthusiastic readers sharing how much they are raising per page or per book!
We will be hosting an after school event in Hyde Park on 20th June at 4:30-5:30pm where we will give one final push to raise as much money as we can for UNICEF’s work for Children in Emergencies. Parents/carers are invited to accompany their children for a read in the Park. Please confirm your attendance here: https://forms.gle/6sxDzJ4knAkH3ToGA
